Since May 2007, the Arsakeion in Tirana has been operating in its own new premises, which meet the most modern international educational specifications. On an amphitheatrical plot of approximately 10 hectares and designed by Greek architects (professors at the National Technical University of Athens Dimitris Isaias and Tasos Papaioannou), the complex includes separate buildings housing the Kindergarten, Primary, Junior High and Senior High schools, a Library, Theatre and sports facilities. The new building was inaugurated in October 2007.
Main source of funding was the programme of the Service of International Development Cooperation (ΥΔΑΣ) for the Balkans, of the Hellenic Foreign Ministry, with important donations from Thanassis and Marina Martinos, Marianna Latsi, Vassilis Theocharakis, Andreas Kanellopoulos, Kalliopi Lemou and the Philekepedeftiki Etaireia.
